Nori Seaweed Dressing

Good sauce/topping for many dishes. Good to have on hand as a backup if sushi night fails to turn everything into a seaweed bowl.

Ingredients

  • 6 sheets nori seaweed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp any neutral oil (Canola)
  • 2 tbsp Toasted Seaseme oil
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Tear nori seaweed into small pieces and add them to the container or jar. Pour boiling hot water over and let it sit until the nori paste becomes paste-like consistency. (5 minutes)

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into 1. Mix to combine. REady to be enjoyed.
