Roasted Brussels sprouts and Radishes

This is how I like to roast brussels sprouts in the oven. I usually add radishes, although the seasoning works well if you just want a big tray of sprouts!

Ingredients

  • Single bunch of radishes
  • About 1/3 of a bag of brussels sprouts from Sprouts ( the store )
  • ~12 cloves of garlic

This should cover a large baking sheet. You may need to adjust the amount, or feel free to adjust the ratio to more/less of different veg.

Spices

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400

Quarter the large sprouts, halve the small ones and the radishes.

Place into a bowl and add spices. Toss well.

Spread onto the baking sheet and cover.

cook for 20 minutes and then add garlic

Cook for 10 minutes.
